New players - have a go

If you've never played croquet before, you are welcome to visit us and try it out for free at one of our advertised Have a Go days during the summer season, or just by contacting us any time at kelburnmcc@gmail.com.

We welcome new players, and will provide all the equipment you need and a little coaching to get you started.

New players are eligible for our introductory offer of two free sessions, followed by four sessions for $30 ($20 for full time students, $10 for primary school students). If you join the club in the same season, the amount will be deducted from the membership fee.

Players visiting from other clubs

  • Customary koha/donation - ask at the clubhouse.

Casual play

  • At approved sessions, $20 per session. 

Membership fees 2023/24

  • New member: $190 in 1st year only, if not previously a member of another club.
  • New member joining after 1 January: $120 
  • Renewing adult member: $210 if paid by 30 September ($230 if paid late)
  • Associate member, if full member of another club: $170 ($190)
  • Full time equivalent tertiary student: $115 ($120)
  • Secondary student: $85 ($90)
  • Primary/intermediate student: $20 ($20)
  • Social non-playing member: $40 ($40)
  • Members' fee for Winter 2023 season play: $60.
